Allowing your brows to grow is the most important step. This allows your specialist to shape your brows and still allow room for more potential growth. The recommended time should be 6-8 week. During this periods consistent use of Castor oil is recommended to promote hair growth.

It’s important to know that achieving the best brows happen in more than one visit. None the less, clear communication about your needs is essential.
It is extremely important to communicate any facial treatments or medication(s) you are currently taking. Due to certain ingredients, lifting of the skin can occur. If under the treatment for acne via Retin-A or Accutane, you should cancel your reservation or discontinue use. Your safety and well being is our priority.
Please inform us immediately if you experience any problems after your treatment including prolonged swelling, itchy rash, bruising, any kind of skin grazing, cuts or tearing so that we can advise you on the correct treatment. In the unlikely event that your skin does not return to normal within 24 hours of your treatment, seek medical attention in case you have had an allergic reaction to the wax.
No extreme heat treatments (e.g. very hot baths or showers, saunas, steam rooms), swimming, sunbathing (including sun beds or any other exposure to UV light) for 24 hours. Try and avoid exercise or anything that makes you sweat for 24 hours.
Do not apply any perfumed products to the area for 24 hours.
Wash your hands before scratching or touching the area
Avoid the use of make-up on the waxed or threaded area for 24 hours apart from mineral make-up or specialist post-treatment products.
Okay so you’ve gotten your brows tinted. You’re good to go, right? Not quite. Tinting services are a great option for those with normal to combination skin who want a little boost. It will help define your brows & results can last up to 3 weeks with proper care:
Keep your brows dry.
Avoid activities such as swimming and saunas. This will cause tinted brows to fade much quicker.
Oil-based products such as cleansers and moisturizers should be avoided or used lightly when brows are tinted. Minimal brow makeup is needed once brows are tinted, so you can skip this option too.
Be gentle when washing your face or using any skin care products.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
The week before your appointment, we recommend avoiding blood thinners, aspirin, alcohol or using retinol creams. Avoid alcohol, caffeine, ibuprofen, aspirin and fish oil supplements for at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Be prepared to lie very still for a long period of time. Many patients bring headphones to listen to music during their appointment.
Wear comfortable clothing. Many of our patients like to bring a sweater to help keep them relaxed.
Avoid waxing, threading or tweezing your eyebrows 5 days prior to your appointment.
Patients often find it helpful to bring in pictures of their ideal brow shape or color as it helps them to communicate their brow goals.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO STAY OUT OF THE SUN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AND 2 WEEKS AFTER. PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
During the 10-day healing period:
No touching the brow area
No sun exposure
No swimming or saunas
No makeup on the brow area
No anti-aging creams on the brow area
Do not scratch the brow area
Do not pick scabs if any appear
Some residual swelling is normal for ALL procedures. The area may appear uneven, dry, itchy, tender, red, and irritated. This is all 100% normal. DO NOT PICK AT YOUR SKIN. These symptoms will dissipate each day and vary on an individual basis.
Color WILL fade/soften anywhere from 40% to 60%. At the touch up appointment, we will fine tune any area that has faded too much. Healing varies by client. It is important to realize that you will need a color boost every two years to maintain its fresh, natural appearance. Fading will happen after each procedure. You may need to use powder and/or pencil even after the healed results. We do not have control over your bodies healing process.
