For security purposes, all appointments are video monitored.
A refund may be issued if the reservation is cancelled with 24 hours notice. Please allow 5-6 business days for payment to reflect on your bank statement.
Because appointments are extremely limited and clients are scheduled back-to-back, we reserve a 10 minute grace period for each client. Arrival after 10 minutes will result in a missed appointment and will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellations are to be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full price of service as a penalty.
Should you need to reschedule, you can do so via your confirmation email.
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled reservation will be charged the full price of service. No show clients will not be able to reserve another appointment until full payment of the missed service is received.
